His Identity
Imam Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ʿAbdullāh ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Ismāʿīl ibn Ibrāhīm ibn al-Ḥasan ibn al-Ḥasan al-Sibṭ (peace be upon them). He was killed during the days of al-Muʿtamid the ʿAbbāsid, after Imam ʿAlī ibn Zayd ibn al-Ḥusayn (peace be upon them).

Following Imam ʿAlī ibn Zayd ibn al-Ḥusayn
Imam Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad was killed during the days of al-Muʿtamid the ʿAbbāsid, following upon the martyrdom of Imam ʿAlī ibn Zayd ibn al-Ḥusayn (peace be upon them) — continuing the unbroken chain of those from the Prophet’s family who rose, called to God, and were killed in His path.
